PXB2Ln-63 Advanced Leakage Protection Circuit Breaker
Core Features and Design
The PXB2Ln-63 is a sophisticated RCBO device, augmenting standard MCB functions with electronic residual current detection to prevent electric shocks from ground faults. Primarily in 1P+N poles, it supports currents of 6A, 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, and 63A for AC 50/60Hz applications. Insulation voltage stands at 500V, with 4000V impulse resistance, fitting low-voltage systems up to 230V. Short-circuit handling is 4500A (Icu=Ics), complemented by mechanical endurance over 10,000 cycles and electrical life above 6,000 for reliable operation. Tripping includes B (3-5In for general use), C (5-10In for motors), and D (10-20In for surges), plus 30mA sensitivity for leakage, activating in under 0.1s. The design incorporates a 45mm terminal span for DIN rail compatibility and IP20 enclosure for environmental resilience.
Tripping Characteristics and Performance
Calibrated at 30°C, it mirrors standard thermal-magnetic behavior: stable at 1.13In for ≤1h (cold), tripping at 1.45In within 1h afterward. Short-circuit tripping at 2.55In spans 1-60s (≤32A) or 1-120s (>32A) with 5s ramp. Magnetic thresholds are non-trip at 3In (B), 5In (C), 10In (D) ≤0.1s, and trip at 5In (B), 10In (C), 20In (D) <0.1s. Unique leakage module independently monitors residual currents, ensuring no interference with core protections. Conductors range from 1mm² (≤6A) to 16mm² (≤63A), with slim 18mm per module width for dense panels.
Applications and Compliance
Tailored for high-risk areas like bathrooms, kitchens, or outdoor circuits in homes and businesses, the PXB2Ln-63 offers comprehensive shock prevention alongside fault isolation. It complies with IEC60898-1, GB/T10963.1, and RCBO norms like IEC61009, backed by CCC for global safety. Specify model, poles (1P+N), curve/current (e.g., C/32A 30mA), and quantity for orders. This advanced breaker reduces risks in moist environments, promoting compliance with building codes while simplifying installations and lowering long-term costs.
