Product Overview
The contactor can be integrated with suitable thermal overload relays to form magnetic starters, offering comprehensive protection for circuits prone to operational overloads and phase breaks. By meeting the stringent GB/T 14048.4 standard, the CQC5 series ensures durable and faultless operation, even in demanding industrial environments. Its advanced design and superior build quality make it a trusted component in motor control applications, providing long-term reliability and safety.

Normal operating and installation conditions
1.The ambient air temperature is -5℃~+40℃. The average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.
2.Altitude: not exceeding 2000m.
3. Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at +40°C; higher relative humidity may be permitted at lower temperatures. The average minimum temperature of the wettest month shall not exceed +25°C. The average maximum humidity of that month shall not exceed 90%. Special measures shall be taken to prevent condensation on the product due to temperature changes.

5.Protection grade: IP20
6.Installation category: Category III.
7.Installation conditions: The installation surface should be tilted no more than ±5° from the vertical.
8.Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place without significant shaking, shock and vibration.
Structural characteristics
1: The contactor has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low power consumption, long life, safety and reliability.
2: Auxiliary contact groups, air delay heads, thermal relays and other accessories can be installed in a building block installation manner to form a variety of derivative products.
3: The contactor body has one pair of normally open or one pair of normally closed auxiliary contacts for 32A and below, and one pair of normally open and one pair of normally closed auxiliary contacts for 40A and above. In addition, F4 auxiliary contact groups (two or four groups) or F5 air delay contacts can be installed on the top.
4: In addition to installing the contactor with screws, CQC5-09A~32A can be installed with 35mm standard rails; CQC5-40A-95A can be installed with 35mm or 75mm standard rails.
